There are a number of levels of human consciousness – alert, daydreaming, moderate trance, deep trance and sleep.  The three middle levels are the ones in which behaviour modification will occur and the ones in which you will be most susceptible to hypnotic suggestion or emotional freedom technique.  When you are in a trance state in which you are receptive to suggestions that will reprogram your way of thinking – you will likely experience relaxation & sleepiness.

Emotional Freedom Technique may take you back to the beginning of the problem – this is sometimes called regression to cause.  When in a relaxed state you are more easily able to connect to your subconscious and also to the root cause of the problem you are currently dealing with.

In a EFT session you will need to identify a pattern you wish to work on and also identify the fears involved in it and then we can find the root event or cause in the past to help heal it and trasncend it so that the fear is negated and you can move on from the problem onece and for all.
